3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 sticks (1 c) butter
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz package of chocolate chips
11 oz package butterscotch chips*
1) Preheat oven to 350°F.
2) Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt) and set aside.
3) Cream the butter and sugars together until fluffy.
4) Add eggs one at a time, beating after each, then add vanilla and beat until well combined.
5) Slowly beat in dry ingredients.
6) Stir in chips.
7) Spoon dough by the ~tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
8) Bake for 15-20 minutes until light brown.
DEEMS THIS RECIPE:
Much, much easier than pie.
*You can use regular chocolate chips or another flavor if you like.
