Midweek Recipe.

There isn't an actual roundup this week, but here is a recipe for cookies!

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 sticks (1 c) butter
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz package of chocolate chips
11 oz package butterscotch chips*

1)  Preheat oven to 350°F.

2)  Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt) and set aside.

3)  Cream the butter and sugars together until fluffy.

4)  Add eggs one at a time, beating after each, then add vanilla and beat until well combined.

5)  Slowly beat in dry ingredients.

6)  Stir in chips.

7)  Spoon dough by the ~tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.

8)  Bake for 15-20 minutes until light brown.

DEEMS THIS RECIPE:
Much, much easier than pie.
